Common questions
Do I need to be home when you show up? +
No. As long as I can get to the yard, you don't need to be there. Most of my weekly maintenance clients just leave a gate code.
Do you do one-time jobs or only ongoing work? +
Both. I do one-time projects like hardscaping, sprinkler repairs, and seasonal cleanups. I also take on weekly and bi-weekly maintenance clients. No pressure to sign up for anything ongoing.
What cities do you serve? +
I serve Layton, Kaysville, Clearfield, Syracuse, Clinton, West Point, Fruit Heights, and Farmington. If you're just outside that area, reach out anyway — I'll let you know.
How does billing work? +
For recurring maintenance, I invoice after each visit. For larger projects like patios or lighting installs, I take 50% upfront and the balance when the job is done.
What if it rains on my service day? +
I'll reschedule within the same week and let you know ahead of time. I don't just no-show.
